Objective
Forced to re-think how to celebrate their wedding, this couple reached out to Encore for suggestions on how to reimagine their special day. They were looking to host an intimate ceremony in a romantic and safe setting with a few immediate family members.
As a national Canadian cooperative, they required the ability to broadcast information in multiple languages and needed to ensure they could reach remote farming locations.
Solution
We chose to live stream the event from our Ultimate Presentation StageTM with a beautiful custom backdrop to create a romantic environment. To enhance the space, we implemented custom décor and flowers. For those who were there, we did implement our state-of-the-art MeetSAFE protocols to ensure the safety of the guests was met. And lastly, we professionally edited the recorded version of the ceremony to let them share with family and friends who could not join due to COVID and to cherish for their lifetime.
Outcome
“The Encore Canada team did a remarkable job in creating a memorable experience for my daughter as well as our entire family. The setting was beautiful, and everyone felt extremely safe during the ceremony. Having the recorded video of this event allowed us to share this experience with those who couldn’t join us due to the pandemic. I felt the experience surpassed a traditional ceremony.
